I love this dealership. Mary is always helpful. However, I spoke to someone at BMW financial about a payment from the wear and tear insurance that they had not received and s Mary is always helpful. I was trying to figure out what was going on and she just kept repeating "We have not received the payment". This was confusing to me because I got a letter from the insurance company stating that they did pay it. Finally after I kept inquiring she told me the insurance sent a check but they never received it. More
