I've worked for Ferman BMW/Mini since March 2011. I have been a BMW Service Advisor, BMW Client Advisor and currrently serving as a Finance Manager since October 2016. Prior to coming to Ferman, I was a BMW Service Advisor at another local BMW Dealership for over 4 years. Additionally, I am a retired U.S. Marine Master Sergeant who served 20 years of loyal and faithful service. Very knowledgable, positive attitude, patience, availability to respond quick and able to resolve all issues. His approach is professional yet assertive finding exactly what we as clients need and finding alternatives all to protect transparency and best deals fit for us. I purchased from Ferman because of this gentleman. I have Bert BMW and Tampa BMW closer to me. This is how great the experience was. Keep him. As well as Joe aNd everybody at Ferman BMW. Excellent experience all around! I was researching mini coopers online and found the one we wanted at the Ferman MINI dealership in Tampa. Admittedly, we are located about 400 miles I was researching mini coopers online and found the one we wanted at the Ferman MINI dealership in Tampa. Admittedly, we are located about 400 miles Northeast of the deal and was a bit hesitant to purchase a car virtually. However, I can say with full confidence I had an excellent buying experience! My Sales Consultant, Dallas Crider, was diligent, thorough, communicative, and awesome throughout the entire buying process! Excellent price. Excellent service. Excellent vehicle. I'd rate my experience a 10/10 and highly recommend Dallas and the entire Ferman MINI team to anyone considering a MINI! More

I have already recommended him to friends and family for sales assistance. My kids are now contemplating buying another Mini like mine. Thank you, William!!!! I would like to thank Joe Cleaver, also. He's such a nice man who was extremely kind and helpful. He made the finance procedure fun and painless. Who knew?
