My salespeople Zion and matt were awesome and so much help. They both made the process very easy and helped to get me the deal I wanted. Matt even helped me out while on his vacation and Zion came in on help. They both made the process very easy and helped to get me the deal I wanted. Matt even helped me out while on his vacation and Zion came in on his day off when I came in to pick up the car earlier than planned! Robert helped finalize all the paperwork and made everything easy to understand and was very transparent with me regarding everything with the sale! They all made the buying process very easy and fast, I would recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a new car! More

DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota is a great car dealer. My initial contact with the dealer was with Stefon in the internet sales department (Though I didn’t realize that at the time) He was very friendly My initial contact with the dealer was with Stefon in the internet sales department (Though I didn’t realize that at the time) He was very friendly and informative. When I called back to set up an appointment with him I talked to Tony and asked him to confirm that the price was just MSRP and he told me yes. I asked if there were any other fees besides TTL and he said that there was a warrantee or protection (I don’t remember exactly what he said) I said like a 7 year 100 K warranty and he said yes. So I was good to go to drive the hour and 15 minutes to the dealer from my location. When I arrived, I told the receptionist, who is a wonderful person, that I had an appointment with Stefon but was told that he was off today. Which was odd. But Joe would be my sales agent. I thought that was weird but ok. I was told that Stefon was in internet sales. There needs to be better communication on that whole situation. Joe is very knowledgeable friendly and professional. A true asset to his dealer and Toyota. He explained everything to my wife and I and we had a great time. After explaining the ordering/allocation process and going over the prices of everything we wanted and taking our information he said he had to go put the info into the finance system and he would be right back. Everything was perfect up to this point. He came back and showed us the finance sheet with the price of the vehicle and the options we chose and the TTL and the $175 documentation fee (this amount is capped by NY law which is great) but there was also an amount for a Protection Package for $1379. I was unaware of this charge up until that point. Joe said it is on every price on their website, but I had not looked at any prices since the vehicle I wanted was not in stock. Safe it to say that I was not very happy to see that. I told Joe that the package was a deal breaker and that it would need to be removed. I will keep the rest personal. I can’t stress enough how great the rest of the experience was and am so looking forward to the arrival and delivery of my vehicle. I am sure it will be a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you. More

We were in the market to purchase a reliable first car for our sons. We found a Subaru Impreza online at DCH Toyota. We made an appointment, we’re greeted professionally by Joe DeGroodt, and we’re very im for our sons. We found a Subaru Impreza online at DCH Toyota. We made an appointment, we’re greeted professionally by Joe DeGroodt, and we’re very impressed with Joe’s engagement and making our son feel comfortable and confident with his selection. Joe was straightforward and transparent about the vehicle. Joe was very clear about the all-in costs of the vehicle, and he spent a lot of time with us while we did a comprehensive look at the vehicle. The sales process was hassle-free, We made the deal in about 15 minutes after Joe presented the numbers and options to us. We never felt rushed during our test-drive, and becoming familiar with the Impreza. Once we made the down-payment and signed the sales agreement, we set a delivery day and time. Thereafter, Joe stayed in communication with us, assisted with our insurance coverage for the vehicle, and reconfirmed our delivery appointment. On the day of delivery, Joe was very thorough, spent time explaining what the service department had performed on the vehicle, which was fitted with new tires, and had us test-drive the vehicle once more before completing the delivery. We would give our highest recommendation to Joe DeGroodt for your next vehicle purchase. We wholeheartedly give Joe an excellent rating! More
