After paying $4000+ for an extended warranty that "is exactly as the original warranty, bumper to bumper and covers all", this dealer weasled out of 3 of 4 service visits claiming "not covered". On top of that their Techs kept my car for over a month at one time to clear some noise from engine, OVER A MONTH! Lately they did some repair work and charged me over $1100.00 for it. This turned to be a recall and BMW North America contacted me to get in touch with dealer for a refund, this dealer rejected refund citing that since this is a federally mandated recal it has nothing to do with them and I have to contact BMW. This dealer is trouble and a waste of time and money, stay away! More

More importantly Lonnie went out of his way to make sure my needs were taken care of. After I bought the car – the service didn’t end there. There was a minor problem that needed the BMW service center’s attention – he took care of the problem quickly and didn’t charge me. It was a used car and he didn’t have to do that – but did it anyway. 5 Stars! If you are in the market for a BMW in the DC Metro area – call Lonnie! Mary More
