Our sales person was Lionel & let me tell you, it was the best experience I have ever had. Lionel was so patient and understanding. He listened to each and every concern of ours and addressed them accordingly. He is phenomenal in keeping you updated throughout the process and even after. You actually feel ( & know) that he is for you. He is a friend lending a helping hand to another friend. Perfect job Lionel! As we move forward through the process, the manager, Joe, assisted Lionel to get us somewhere that would benefit everyone. He did his best and it was truly noted. Thank you, Joe for all youe hardwork and determination. Finally, onto Julio - finance. Yea, you read that word and think "this is where they get you - the back end". YOU ARE WRONG. Julio broke down every single thing in our contract. He was patient & extremely understanding. We made jokes, laughed a lot and got to know each other. I purchased a vehicle at Rallye Acura after stopping by several times over three years. I spoke to sales rep Jen Velazquez, who was the absolute expert on the TLX line. She answered all of my questions regarding the previous and current generations in regards to engine, features, and differences. I test drove two vehicles without any issues or pressure. I felt comfortable driving, knowing the dealership did not put any limitations on my test drive. I was given a quick tour of vehicles and given recommendations of the best route to take. The long stretch of road just outside the dealership made it fun to experience the car. I worked with Jen and sales managers Jon and Danny. The two were very helpful and addressed my concerns in regards to the dealership pricing and trade in values. We were about to work out a deal that made everybody happy and moved forward. I dealt more with Jen and Danny throughout my purchase. All the paperwork went smoothly and I was out in just three hours with keys in hand. I really appreciate the level of professionalism in customer service I was shown. Given the current climate with cars and the low inventory, I changed from purchasing a certified pre-owned to a new vehicle because the difference in cost was very small. I recommend Rallye Acura as I've had a the best experience compared to Infiniti, Honda, Ford, Nissan, and Subaru. More
