Unable to manage schedule Even though appointments must be scheduled months in advance, getting an oil change caused me to wait about 4 hours. I was told they didn't properly c Even though appointments must be scheduled months in advance, getting an oil change caused me to wait about 4 hours. I was told they didn't properly create the queue for the service orders. This seems like something they should do every day so it's not clear how they could mess this one up. They did not charge me for the extended wait but I'm not sure it's worth going back if they can't do their daily workflow properly. More

The price is reasonable too - especially when I use my loyalty link card. I seriously will never buy or service a Ford product anywhere else.
