Fast and Courteous I had my new 2017 Fusion in for a software update on my passenger side window. Joe at the service desk set up my appointment and said it would typic I had my new 2017 Fusion in for a software update on my passenger side window. Joe at the service desk set up my appointment and said it would typically take 2-3 hours and scheduled a shuttle for me to the office the day of my appointment. I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning and had a shuttle waiting to take me to work. At that time, the service desk still anticipated a 2-3 hour job. I was pleasantly surprised that within an hour, my i was already back with my vehicle and the issue resolved. Thank you for your fast and courteous service!! More
