As always with Shottenkirk- a 5 Star performance. Made appointment to get recalls done, parts were on time, dropped truck off & received a call from them it was done, quicker than I expected. Even called before my appt date & asked to get an oil change & inspection included with the recalls, no problem. You always get a record of your service & what was found & what is recommended. You can then decide for yourself if you want to do it or have them do it. Doesn't get much easier than this. More

Friendly ,courteous people. Sales staff are very attentive and eager to assist whenever asked. The staff in service and parts have been awesome to deal with.
