I set an appointment with James gall with the hopes of getting info to buy in September when my lease is up. This didn't discourage James Who met me with energy and advanced product knowledge. The experienced is never a good one when sonething serious like a cylinder misfire happened to your brand new 2020 Lincoln Navigator. But in the end I can say that the good people at Carman, from my salesman John McDonald to Dave the service manager to Jamie Ledford the Customer Relations Manager made me whole and happy with their professional due diligence.
