A native of Wilmington, Delaware, I attended Saint Mark's High School and the University of Delaware followed by a program in Arizona for Professional Golf Course Management. After graduation, I returned home to begin my career in the golf industry at Concerd Country Club, but the cold winters quickly had me wanting to return to Arizona where I was an assistant golf professional at The Boulders Club and Resort in Scottsdale. Within 3.5 years I graduated from PGA of America as a Class A Professional. Later, the birth of my daughter would have me, again, return home. I completed my career in golf working for the Golf Channel running amateur tournaments in the Philadelphia region. Certainly, a rewarding and exciting career with the game, and professional customer service! But it was time for something fresh, a new challenge... Car Sales! I look forward to utilizing my 20+ years of customer service working to find you the perfect new car!

I bought 3 cars from Carman Lincoln Ford over the past 7 months. My buying experience was excellent, no pressure, very informative, professional and courteous. My salesman was Gary Santora but I also met months. My buying experience was excellent, no pressure, very informative, professional and courteous. My salesman was Gary Santora but I also met Larry Giacchino who personally inquired about my buying experience at his dealership. I've had to bring 2 of the vehicles in for recalls and Pre-Owned Warranty work recently and my point of contact in their Service Dept was Joe Giacchino. This young man was outstanding! He kept me in the loop on the status of my repairs and more importantly because of the supply chain issues, he kept me informed of the status of delivery of parts that were required to finalize repairs. He arranged for my free rental (under Warranty) and his demeanor towards me as a customer was caring, empathetic and extremely professional. Great all around experience at Carman Ford Lincoln from Sales to Service. This dealership is worth referring!!! Thank you. More
