Up front about A/C problem Called about unexpected problems I had an 8 AM appt. My car wasn’t ready until the following day. Joe noted that since the A/C issue would take time to diagnose, t problems I had an 8 AM appt. My car wasn’t ready until the following day. Joe noted that since the A/C issue would take time to diagnose, the wait time could be several hours, that I should take a loaner and go about my day. However this meant that my car would not it be seen until “those who chose to wait” work was complete. This is the second time this has happened. When I make an appt. my expectation is that that particular time is for my car to be seen & all issues resolved, not diagnosed then put aside while other cars as handled. “You get to it when you get to it” because I have a loaner. The previous time this happened I had travel plans that were disrupted. When I make an appt I do so with my time constraints in mind. The agreement is I bring the car at the appointed time….you repair during that time. I bought my first Subaru in 2005, second in 2016. I have always used this dealership for maintenance. I would consider myself a loyal customer. If Albrecht continues to disrespect my appointment, therefore, my time, I see no reason to continue to use your services. More
