Kind of pricey $500 for an oil change, ignition coil and spark plugs was hard to swallow. My regular mechanic does the diagnosis at no charge. Excellent Experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff I had to get a new car ASAP as my old car could no longer be driven. Being a recent graduate purchasing my first nice car, I was new to the car buying I had to get a new car ASAP as my old car could no longer be driven. Being a recent graduate purchasing my first nice car, I was new to the car buying/leasing experience and nervous about the process. From start to finish the staff educated me on my options, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident with my decisions. I was impressed by the effort put in by the entire staff to assist me in getting my car as quickly as possible, while still providing the best customer service. horrible service bought a used certified rav 4 1year ago from heiser. first off they tried to sell it with xxxx tires which were changed out! then had troubles with on bought a used certified rav 4 1year ago from heiser. first off they tried to sell it with xxxx tires which were changed out! then had troubles with one tire leaking air for a year every time went back they checked it out over three occasions. Every time said it was fine even had it hydrotest the tire. Well after a year on the next service was told the tire sensors was stripped and leaking. Wanted me to pay 220$ for new sensors. xxxxxxxx! At the end of the day sensor was replaced for free. stay away from heiser just out for your moneyand not customer service. not very trustworthy service department More

While I was getting my car serviced I went looking for my usual salesman (James)- he was gone for the day, but another salesman(Roger) took my information and forwarded a message.
