Excellent service. My scheduled appointment was just for an routine oil change and to have my brakes checked. Prior to my arrival, my file was located in the system and My scheduled appointment was just for an routine oil change and to have my brakes checked. Prior to my arrival, my file was located in the system and was reviewed. Sitting down with a representative, I was first informed there was a recall on an airbag I was not aware of. The part was in stock, so they offered to replace it that same day. Waiting for my car to be serviced, the service representative I was working with came out & mentioned my brakes needed to be replaced. I was told exactly what needed to be done & the cost. It was mentioned that I could have the brakes replaced that same day, with an extended wait time of appx. 30 minutes... My car was serviced & ready to go within 90 minutes. Excellent service. I will definitely be recommending Heiser Toyota's service center to others. More

The wait was effortless with complementary snacks and drinks, WIFI, comfortable seating, and TV. The comped car wash removed layers of road salt so I left the lot sparking clean. More

Inexcusably slow service I arrived on time for an appointment for a service that was scheduled to last one hour and my car wasn’t ready for over two and a half hours for no ex I arrived on time for an appointment for a service that was scheduled to last one hour and my car wasn’t ready for over two and a half hours for no excusable reason. The extremely long delay was especially difficult because I had my toddler with me. This dealership has no concern for your time. I would recommend servicing your vehicle somewhere else if you’re planning on waiting during the service. More

Flat tire I hit a pot hole and my tire blew. This was a brand new tire. I spoke with Joe Kuckuk and he said he will apply for a road hazard condition and my rep I hit a pot hole and my tire blew. This was a brand new tire. I spoke with Joe Kuckuk and he said he will apply for a road hazard condition and my replacement tire would be at no cost. I made an appointment for that day and was in and out of the service center in a timely fashion. Dana checked me in and was very friendly and professional. More

Great service but were running behind Joe in the service department was fantastic. I had an appointment and checked in quickly but informed they were running behind. One time I get charged for oil and waste disposal the next it’s for filters. Now I am not one to argue since I believe you Gus know what you are doing I just would like to see some consistency in the charges. More

Great experience. Will come back again. Joe answered all my questions up front and made some good recommendations. Mechanic did a great job as well.
