Small leak diagnosis $$$, thank you Toyota warranty! Spotted someone's vehicle leaking in my driveway and never thought it would be my Highlander about to turn 5 yrs old and rollover 97K miles. Contacted Spotted someone's vehicle leaking in my driveway and never thought it would be my Highlander about to turn 5 yrs old and rollover 97K miles. Contacted Roger in sales who I knew who connected me with Joe K in service. Diagnosed rear main seal leaking and it's going to cost over $2,000 because we have to drop the tranny. I asked if this was drive train related and reminded I purchased vehicle certified pre-owned so the 5yr 100K mile warranty should cover this. Right? A day and $50 ($ warranty deductible) later we were back on the road again! Just in time for the week of the 4th. NO hassle from Heiser nor Toyota's fantastic warranty I never thought would mean much. In this experience it meant A LOT! So glad we purchased a new Toyota van for the wife recently. I am VERY confident my next new ride will be a Toyota. THANKS! More

Friendly Service Joe is always a pleasure to work with. I came in for a nitrogen fill after the warning light came on for a second time. Joe throughly inspected the tire and found a leak at the valve. My truck was ready to go before I could finish my complimentary popcorn. The whole time there was less than 20 minutes and I was back on my way to work. That really made my day and leaves me confident for future visits. Thanks again Joe! More

Push to upgrade at unnecessary extra cost Service rep. said synthetic oil was "required" would not sell the regular oil even when requested. Manual does not say "Synthetic" required. Vehicle drive less than 5K miles since last oil change. Got ripped off $20..00. Felt like he just want to rip off a senior who may not know better. More

who Hired this guy??? This visit has got to be the top of my list of bad visits thus this far. First off, the acknowledgement of a customer whom was in for a scheduled visi This visit has got to be the top of my list of bad visits thus this far. First off, the acknowledgement of a customer whom was in for a scheduled visit, was treated as if she was beneath the customer service given.. the judgement of appearance seems to be the cause of the neglect, which leads me to my visit. The “new” guy was very rude and tried to talk over me when asked about my tire. Instead of trying to fill me with knowledge of what was wrong with my truck and corrective action, he wanted to belittle me as if my common judgment of conversation was only in his favor. Had they checked over my vehicle a little more thoroughly, the tech would’ve acknowledged that I had a plug in my tire rather than a nail. Also, when I wanted to know the fix as to what actually was the cause of concern he literally almost blew up on me for inquiring. I wasn’t the only one that noticed this guys ignorance.. most certainly made me as well as others to take my/ others to take there's business else where. More
