Chris in service is excellent as usual, letting me know what the cost would be in advance and it turned out that it cost me 152 dollars less than he quoted me!!! At the time of purchasing my car I received 2 free oil changes. I came in to get my oil changed with an apt and it took over an hour. This should not have been the case with an apt. I had to ask 3 times f changes. I came in to get my oil changed with an apt and it took over an hour. This should not have been the case with an apt. I had to ask 3 times for my brake light to be replaced. And I had multiple people asking me if I wanted the air filters changed without including a price quote. I think it's a little pathetic when a free oil change comes out to $83. I was very disappointed in the service, even more so because it was so good when buying the car. On top of all that when being checked out the girl was unaware that my brake light had been fixed and told me I would need to come back to get that done. It seem there is a big problem with communication between coworkers and with customers. More

Every time I visit Weston Kia they always provide exceptional customer service. Chris at the service desk deserves a raise. I called on Dec 23 hoping to get in to have my heater fixed on the day before Christmas. They told me to come in at 8. They fixed it quickly, checked all my oil levels and air filter and didn't try to se fixed on the day before Christmas. They told me to come in at 8. So happy they could fit me in, we were leaving the day after Christmas to attend my dads funeral. More
