Best Car Purchase Experience Ever-from a seasoned purchaser I have purchased quite a few new vehicles over my many years. I have received service so poor and information so distorted, I had to report the dealer I have purchased quite a few new vehicles over my many years. I have received service so poor and information so distorted, I had to report the dealer to the State (AZ) consumer affairs fraud division. I have also received great information and great sales completion from a couple of dealers - sometimes after quite a bit prodding and poking with information I am pretty familiar with. This purchase from Weston KIA (Oregon) was without question, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I normally do my homework (online) before I even inquire about a vehicle and I did the same for this purchase. Their initial follow-up phone call and ability to put up with my rapid fire questions about the vehicle and their honest answers, resulted in my willingness to drive 4 hours to the dealership to see if the deal was as honest and good as advertised. I had an excellent experience, I purchased a vehicle, I was given great information, and I actually had a good time (not something I usually have buying a vehicle). The big items such as equipment, price, vehicle information were all presented straight forward and honestly. Additionally, our personal treatment was not only with respect, but as if they really cared (and I believe they did - I was there with my wife and another relative and they felt the same). The individuals we dealt with (Michael, and Mike (finance) in particular and also Joe and Lorrie) were just great people to deal with. They were fair, honest, and I felt like they really were trying to get us the best value possible. Not much more to say. KIA is a great vehicle (I have owned 6 of them) and Weston will be the dealer I deal with for any future purchases - no matter what. Thanks folks for renewing my faith in car sales people! :) More

Finally got my Telluride!! I ordered my Telluride last August. Wanting the SX, I was told I could be looking at a potential 6 month wait. Well, they were not kidding! LOL!! Despite the long wait that Weston Kia could do nothing about, they kept me informed on the progress--even if it was no new news. Joe knew we'd be pressed for time when I picked up my car (was a surprise as i got it a few days earlier than expected). He had everything ready to go for me, we signed papers, he went over the highlights i needed to drive the Telluride, made sure my phone was set up and connected and off we went!!
