The only dealership I will ever walk in best customer service even when you are in the service department They were not kidding about you are covered bumper to bumper of course with the extra coverag service even when you are in the service department They were not kidding about you are covered bumper to bumper of course with the extra coverage of insurance, I'm so glad they added it or else I would of had to buy a new tire costing almost 300.00 Thank you again for taking care of me and my 2021 GMC SIERRA 🙏🙏🙏🙏God bless you all More

I'm 69 and by far this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Joe Longwell was very pleasant. Joe was able to answer all our questions and gave us a good tour of the vehicle. Typical old school dealership-nothing different. Pressure sales to make their end of month quota at the cost of being very pushy. It was even explained to me that way. Pretty much what I expected but they sales to make their end of month quota at the cost of being very pushy. It was even explained to me that way. Pretty much what I expected but they had the car I wanted and worked with me on financing so I came back the next day. I couldn’t handle anymore insults that night as the salesman waved the pen around in the air and tried everything he could to get me to sign after I told him I was there to test drive only. Also very slimy at the end with a percentage “adjustment” without telling me so they could sell an extended warranty without a large difference in monthly payments. I couldn’t understand how it was possible to add $5000 to the bottom line by only adding $11 per month to the payments so I asked how. He then informs me they lowered the APR without telling me..(so I’d sign the dotted line with an expensive warranty at only a few dollars more.) So again, typical car sales game on the back end as well. When a dealership offers to take $1000 off of an extended warranty without batting at eye, you know the markup is huge. If they read people better and didn’t treat me like an idiot I would have bought there again, had a good experience, recommended them..but I won’t. More

Upon entering, I was welcomed in, asked how I could be helped, and offered a beverage. I let the sales man know what I was looking for, and he took me straight to the car of my choice. Once I checked it out he asked if I’d like to test drive it. He took a copy of my drivers license and insurance and we went for a test drive. There was no pressure to purchase, just asked my options on the drive and the options of said car. More
