The sales process was painless, however it ended there. Jeep had a warning light in two days, check engine light in a week. They had it for a week got it back and now there is a rattle of some sort comin Jeep had a warning light in two days, check engine light in a week. Sent emails to several people within the service department and haven't heard back from anyone. GM sent out an email asking how they did and to contact him at any time, however it has the wrong email address on it, so emails get bounced back. Should have done my homework a lot better before I made this purchase. More
