What a great experience! This is my second Kia and I just want to thank Katie for answering all my questions and assisting me thru the purchasing process and finalizing my purchase. No matter how busy they are, they always take the time to greet their customers. This is my second purchase dealing with Joe the Sales Manager, and it is always a great experience and pleasure. I want to also thank Chin for giving me a test drive prior to my purchase and explaining the features; much appreciated. As a customer the Team makes you feel right at home and is very customer focused, I appreciate their assistance. Painless and easy, Traded in my car for a newer car and could not be happier.
