I just bought a 2022 Kia Soul from Executive Kia of Wallingford CT. I worked with Sarina from the sales department and she was excellent. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and there was no press Wallingford CT. I worked with Sarina from the sales department and she was excellent. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and there was no pressure from Sarina to buy. Both Joe the sales manager and Sarina were able to make the process easy and meet my specific needs. More

My previous Kia Sportage lease was ending and I wanted to get into another 3 year lease because I love the Sportage. I went to two different Kia dealers and was quoted ridiculous monthly lease payments “due get into another 3 year lease because I love the Sportage. I went to two different Kia dealers and was quoted ridiculous monthly lease payments “due to car inventory and labor shortages”. I left both dealerships believing that was the truth…..until, I tried Executive Kia! What a different story all together. Ouafaa Kouhaila was my salesperson and she was the best. I left there driving my 2023 Sportage with payments very very close to what I paid for the last three years. This dealership is the only place I will every buy or lease a car. They are a honest dealership, in a time when it appears it is easy to manipulate people due current events. This is a ‘no brainer’ for anyone looking for Kia. More

I just purchased a 2022 Kia Seltos EX and could not be any happier with the sales and purchase experience at Executive Kia! I first completed a questionnaire on the website and then Ouafaa called me. She couldn’t have been more cheerful and excited for me to come by and talk about my purchase to be. I walked into the dealership and met Ouafaa In person and honestly I felt like I was meeting a friend for coffee. She listened to everything I had to say and procured me the vehicle with every option I was looking for and I had such a good time. I was expecting pressure and obstacles, but experienced none of it. I will absolutely buy from Executive Kia again and definitely from her! If you are looking for an enjoyable experience certainly see Ouafaa Kouhaila. More

Would not recommend Executive Kia. Our salesperson made a big error and ordered the wrong model Telluride for us. We went in to pick up our new car after almost a 5 month wait (due to Our salesperson made a big error and ordered the wrong model Telluride for us. We went in to pick up our new car after almost a 5 month wait (due to supply issues and what not these days) and realized the mistake while he was starting the paperwork. His first reaction was that we hadn't told him the correct model that we wanted, but they soon realized it was their mistake when looking back at their order papers. We know mistakes happen, but the salesperson and sales manager handled it poorly. Even in our following emails, our salesperson was very business first and didn't apologize. The sales manager then came to talk to us like a tiny, easily fixed mistake had been made (their solution was that they would have to reorder the correct model with another ~5 month wait). His overall lack of empathy and apology was insulting. The communication throughout the process also was not very good. We decided to buy a Telluride from another dealer even though it is a bit more money because we did not feel they cared about us as customers or that they wanted to keep us as customers. The dealership is closest to our house, but we will not be returning in the future. More
