Best Finance Ever !!! I worked with Joe in the finance office original. I asked him about what it would take to refinance my current car and he explained my options very cl I worked with Joe in the finance office original. I asked him about what it would take to refinance my current car and he explained my options very clearly. He ended up directing me to a salesmen who really helped me out as well. Terrell showed me a few cars that would help me get my payment where I wanted to be and into a brand new car. I ended paying a few more dollars a month but I got a car with a full warranty and it was brand new. Then I went back to see Joe for the final steps and he made it very clear and easy to see what I was getting and what I was paying for. I left a happy customer with my brand new impala 2016. More

Horrible finance team. On November 27th, 2015 I purchased a 2015 Chevy Camaro. During the price negotiation I met a very pleasant sales representative, Eddie, who spoke to t On November 27th, 2015 I purchased a 2015 Chevy Camaro. During the price negotiation I met a very pleasant sales representative, Eddie, who spoke to the finance department a few times while we worked out numbers. I was adamant on having my first payment in January. Considering I already had a vehicle in great working condition I was in no rush to purchase a new vehicle and was sure that we discussed my first payment being due in 45 days. All I had left to do was sign off on everything we agreed upon. The first week of January I receive frequent calls from Fifth Third Bank saying I was late on payments and owed almost $700. I came to discuss the matter with Joe in finance who was sarcastic and rude our entire conversation, stated nothing would be done, and then referred me to Pete his director. I came that following Tuesday to meet Pete, who ridiculously insinuated I was being dishonest about what the sales rep and I had agreed upon EVEN AFTER Eddie came into his office with me and stated that he did, in fact, tell me my payment would be due in 45 days due to what someone in the finance department had told him. At that moment Pete interrupted him and began interrogating him with finance trivia in attempts to prove a point to me by replacing the blame and stating, "Eddie, stop telling the customers this! Clearly you can see he doesn't work in our department so he wouldn't even know such information to tell you. " However, Pete failed to explain to me how it is possible to simultaneously work for different departments in the same establishment without interacting with one another and communicating such vital information! I am a 26 year old Latina woman with a Master's degree who strives to prioritize responsibilities and I keep a strict financial budget to ensure I don't incur late fees, make payments late or miss them completely, and maintain good standing credit. I have never before felt more demeaned and am disgusted with such customer service. Out of everyone involved, Eddie was the only employee showing any type of genuine remorse for the error. He asked me to sit with him while he spoke to the bank to inform them if the issue and requested more time for the payment to be made. The bank agreed, Eddie made sure to state he appreciated my patience, and me and my family's business, and was here to help if I needed anything else and even apologized for the awful encounters with the finance department. More
