Joe responded very quickly with the details providing the total cost including fees and taxes. I e-mailed to my son who is the purchaser of the vehicle. The process initialy began Monday my and son picked up his new car on Wednesday evening. Great job Joe. More

Great Buying Experience After searching my area dealers for the low mileage car we were looking for, I discovered what I was looking for on the internet at Gordie Boucher Jan After searching my area dealers for the low mileage car we were looking for, I discovered what I was looking for on the internet at Gordie Boucher Janesville. A quick call landed me with Joe Zipperer, an amazingly connected salesman. I was encouraged to commit to an 80 mile drive because of his prompt, friendly dialogue. When I arrived on this blustery, snowy winter day, I saw the vehicle out in front clean and fresh. I hustled directly to the car and laughed when it started up as I approached. That convinced me that I was at the right place and Joe was the most alert, friendly, knowledgeable person I could imagine after my frustrating searches prior to him. Joe was low key yet very responsive to all of my questions/concerns, making the decision to purchase easy. Backed with sales manager, Mitch Nelson and the counsel of Finance Manager Phil Zoul, we were able to quickly wrap up all of the details without issue thanks to this fantastic team at Gordie Boucher! I was kinda scared @ first but kept looking and we found one I thought I'd like but we found a way better one that fits me better. More comfortable to drive. IAM short so that was a big worrie for me. Color didn't matter. As long as it's a great drive able car that's all that matters. New things to learn. Big jump from my old car. Great people there. They really try there hardest to help you get what you need. Would get another car if I could there. Great deals. More
