Don't waste your time!! I live over 2 hours away from this dealership but they have the exact truck I want. I sent a request for a price and a girl called me and refused to I live over 2 hours away from this dealership but they have the exact truck I want. I sent a request for a price and a girl called me and refused to give me a quote stating they don't to business that way. The next month they still had the truck and the deals were better so I tried again, again I was refused a price over the phone. Later that month I began getting calls from them, i finally answered one of them and it was the same girl asking if I was still interested. I told her I was but I was the girl she refuses to work with because I won't waste my time coming out unless we are on the same page, she then remembered me and told me I still need to come in, I told her to forget it. 5 min later she called back and they wanted to work with me, I assume because it was the last day of the month and they were trying to get their numbers. I told her what I wanted and she said she would call back. I then got a call from Joel saying that they can't work a price over the phone and I need to come in. Again I told them to forget it. Then 10 min later I got a call back from him and they were going to work it out. I told him what I wanted and he was going to work on it. He called back again for some info on my current lease and I gave him the info he needed. He then called back an hour and a half later and said that while he was looking into it that someone else came in and bought the truck I wanted but that was about 3 weeks ago and the truck is still listed for sale so I'm pretty sure that is a BS excuse. I really don't understand this dealer, I have helped 5 family members buy new cars in the last 2 years and every dealer I have contacted has given me a quote over the phone or via email. Don't waste your time playing games with this dealer, go to someone who wants you business! More

AWESOME! Been doing business with the DeNooyer business for in excess of 15 yrs. Tom and Joel are readily accessible most times. Very impressive to me considering they own the place. Their sales staff is second to none! My 1st purchase was a Dodge when Tom ran that business. However, Daimler bought Chrysler and quality went in the tank! Tom sold the business and moved onto Chevy. My experience was so good, I followed him to Chevy. Now that's all I'll lease. In fact within a couple of years I'll be leasing an SUV from them. I've also been fortunate to only deal with 2 salesman. Eddie Cox, not a big fan, but he knew the business and I respected him (retired now). Ever since, Dave Mattice. Highly recommend you ask for him, although, knowing Tom, you probably cant go wrong with any sales staff. Dave Mattice, ask for him, tell Jim Conlen sent you. Finally, if you have a chance to meet Tom and Joel, please do. They're nothing but honest, fair and consummate professionals! I love them so much, I'll just stop in to say hello. By the way their finance guy, Lou Germano, top notch. Hopefully he's your finance guy. More
