Whole process about 1hour which was expected then going over offer took another hour. Said yes to offer and then sat for hour waiting. Salesman came back an we found out we were getting car today right then. Ok then we sat for another hour seeing that this was a Sunday and we were there from about noon to 430. A little bit to eat while waiting would have been nice. Or telling us we were getting car we could leave and come back in an hour maybe to get something to eat instead of sitting and waiting around for such a !ong time. More
