Joel did a fantastic job at showing us the inventory at Mark Christopher Auto Center and offered us a test drive as well. We had been to 5 other dealers and it was like pulling teeth to get help and was ne Mark Christopher Auto Center and offered us a test drive as well. We had been to 5 other dealers and it was like pulling teeth to get help and was never offered a test drive. Who purchases a $100k car and doesn't drive it first? Anyway, Joel was professional, got us a better deal than anyone else and is very knowledgeable about Chevrolet, Cadillac and GMC and took the time to answer all of our questions to help us make the best decission for our family. My vehicle was dropped off to be serviced and at no point was i notified about when my vehicle would be returned. I kept have to calling to get an update on my vehicle and when i spoke with a representative was i notified about when my vehicle would be returned. I kept have to calling to get an update on my vehicle and when i spoke with a representative from Mark Christopher they wouldn’t have an answer for me and tell them they would have to call me back and I would never receive a call back terrible service and i will never do business with this dealership again.
