I first started working as a Service Advisor at a local shop, then eventually found my true passion which was to help people find the vehicle of their dreams! verry diapointed in the service center Joelson was very helpful with selling me this car answering all my questions , my problem is with the service center, the oil drain plug was leaking Joelson was very helpful with selling me this car answering all my questions , my problem is with the service center, the oil drain plug was leaking quite a bit and the drain plug did not have the gasket at all, Oakbrook stated they had just done a oil change. Next problem is with the tail gate latching well it was fixed with some duct tape so now I have to get that fixed on my own. I was told any problems with the car had been fixed very disappointed with the service center!!!! More
