Very Helpful, Very negotiable, All around just nice guys We went in looking for a truck , told Joey we wanted to test drive that "truck" he said I will go right in and get the keys. Purchased New Car Had Great Experience I helped my son purchase his first new car today. It is a 2016 Toyota Corolla. Our sales team, Joey and Alfred were wonderful. The price of the new ca I helped my son purchase his first new car today. It is a 2016 Toyota Corolla. Our sales team, Joey and Alfred were wonderful. The price of the new car we purchased today was great. Also, I purchased a brand new 2007 Toyota 4Runner in 2006 and I still own that SUV and after 10 years I still bring it to this very same dealership for service. Toyota of Cleveland sales good cars at good prices and the service that I received today and over the last 10 years has always been excellent. More

Not just friendly, but also courteous This dealership was the only one to respond to my internet inquiry and did so within 10 minutes. They were so friendly, but also helped me walk throug This dealership was the only one to respond to my internet inquiry and did so within 10 minutes. They were so friendly, but also helped me walk through the process of buying a car. I did not expect to walk out with a new car the same day, but their offer was so affordable. I did some internet comparison while waiting and was unable to find comparable prices at competing dealerships. But beyond the friendliness, I was impressed with their courtesy. I was introduced to several people in different departments and each seemed genuine in their appreciation of my business. More
