If this is a rating for service department only, then I give it 5 stars. The service team is exceptional and goes out of their way to resolve any issue. The dealership is dishonest and misrepresents charges they make on your vehicle. They said the diagnostic fee would be removed if the vehicle was repaired at the facility, but when it was time to pay, sa they make on your vehicle. They said the diagnostic fee would be removed if the vehicle was repaired at the facility, but when it was time to pay, said the diagnostic was $300 per vehicle system and refused to remove the fee even after getting it repaired at Elder Ford. It's insane that if your vehicle needs a diagnosis that you could be paying over $1,000 alone just for the diagnostic fee, not even including the repairs. Charging $300 per system was never explained and they only added that on when it was time to pay so they could charge hundreds of dollars more. I have been to other dealerships where the diagnostic fee was $300 flat and they would never charge you 4-5 times the amount just for a full diagnosis due to different "systems." They lied and said they would remove the $300 fee but refused to at time of payment. I will never take my vehicle to Elder Ford ever again and would NEVER recommend it to anyone else. More
