oil change shouldn't take 2 hours. I had a appointment time and I was right on time but had to sit in waiting area for 2 full hours for a simple 15 minute oil change. Frustrating! Had the pleasure of dealing with Paul and Bobby with trade-ins and they were absolutely amazing to deal with. They went above and beyond to help, and I would gladly recommend them to anybody who needed trade-ins and they were absolutely amazing to deal with.
