Your generic, "always respond to reviews online" response is just PR. Your message wreaks of insincerity the likes of which I have experienced with every other person at your dealership on this issue. So instead of your "we've done everything we can", let's state the actual facts so everyone can see what occurred (facts which you have not acknowledged posted in my original review) Clearly, Lokey NIssan has NOT done everything they can because even your service person Chuck had brought up the concept of "a replacement radio" which has since been unmentioned. Your word means nothing. The exact reason Nissan USA says there is nothing they can do is, and I quote, "based on what the dealer tells us". Your service guy, Chuck, in the very beginning, said, and I quote, "Nissan isn't going to want to replace an entire stereo in a car, it would be too expensive." Too expensive. Let that sink in. A product under warranty. But a new stereo was mentioned as a potential solution. Meanwhile our brand new 2024 Nissan Kicks, with only 4500 miles on it has a malfunctioning (UNDER WARRANTY) stereo system and electrical USB ports (non functional) in it and you have all given up on trying to troubleshoot AND FIX our problem. And we have been complaining about the problem since the day we drove off the lot. Nissan says it's you who has determined the outcome and you are saying Nissan is determining it, keeping us in an endless loop. It occurs to me that if, had we come to you with this problem AFTER the warranty expires, I would wager there would suddenly be a solution and you would recommend a replacement that WE PAY FOR. This is bad business practice plain and simple. This is not the case of being unreasonable or irate. This is a $25K+ purchase that isn't working the way promised and a dealer and manufacturer unwilling to stand behind the product. You have not heard the last of us on this issue and the problem will not go away for Lokey or Nissan. This is a matter now of public and consumer affairs, more digging and pursuit of a resolution and justice. There is your answer. The only response I want to hear is that someone is going to actually get this issue resolved. The words written to me by you and Christian saying that there is nothing that can be done about the problem has essentially admitted that you sold us a non-working car under warranty. Even if it's true that the issue cannot be fixed, that admits that the car you sold is not working. And we have every communication documented. We have not dropped this and will continue to actively and publicly pursue this until resolved finally. You could have taken the high road and fixed this but you chose the way that's bad for business. You still have a chance to do the right thing here. It's bad enough that we were in a major car accident that totaled our Nissan Rogue which we bought from you, but then to take advantage of us at a time of need, selling us a car that is more expensive than the last, driving up our monthly payments, at a troubling and trying time when we chose to turn to you for help, and then for it to be not totally operational and malfunctioning, with no recourse, this is beyond an atrocity and is shocking. Perhaps you should reexamine your title of "Owner Loyalty Manager" for what it truly means, your title being the biggest irony of this entire saga.
