Total lack of customer care I am in my second vehicle purchase from this location my first experience was really great. Now on my second vehicle and there is pretty much no customers met care. From the point of underhandedly taking my GAP insurance money from my last car. To services I paid for but never received the work to be done, to the point I asked not to have car washed because every time their detail person scratches my. Car and gives it back dirtier than when I brand it in.. And the fact that no matter what they say you won’t get a return call. I will never purchase another vehicle at this location again. More
