I purchased my truck and have had ALL my service done here. Last week, I brought my truck in for service and to have my trailer light plug checked for the second time as the right blinker was not working here. The relay panel had to be replaced the first time and was covered under warranty. The second time, They said it was a fuse and charged me $85 diagnostic fee. $85 dollar diagnostic fee?? that's ridiculous as i'm sure the first thing they checked was the fuse. You would think since I have been a loyal customer, they would have waived the diagnostic fee. Other than the crazy diagnostic fee, everything else went smoothly. More
