Worst dealership around. Ill never be back. Don't waste your time. Brought my equinox there 4x for service everytime there was an excuse. The first time supposedly the part was damaged upon arrival even th your time. Brought my equinox there 4x for service everytime there was an excuse. The first time supposedly the part was damaged upon arrival even though the previous day they told me I was good to come in the following day apparently nobody ever check the part to see if it was damaged it was. I dropped my vehicle off there and took a uber home only for them to call me back up and tell me to come get it so I took another Uber there and pick my car up. Of course I wasn't reimbursed for any of this which is fine and mistakes happen but the level of incompetence that I seen that the service department is second to none. So they told me they would order a new part and I would be there in a week or so. Flash Forward a month later I have to call them and they conveniently telling me that the part had arrived the previous day so the girls set me up an appointment for the following day when I showed up for the appointment they now tell me they don't have the part and they don't know why she made an appointment. Needless to say I was highly upset that this was the second time I got dragged out of my house during the pandemic for no reason. I contacted the service manager and let him know about what happened he told me they would send some guys out to pick up my vehicle install the part and drop it back off and fill my gas tank for my trouble cool seems like a nice gesture after two times of coming out for no reason during the pandemic. A couple days later they pick up my car bring it to the shop only to call me back up couple hours later and tell me that they ordered the wrong part it's for the passenger side when we need the driver side. You can't make this up. So now they tell me they want to keep my car for a couple days and that they'll give me a loaner car here I go again into the lift to go pick up a loaner car. I pick up the loaner car then they called me a couple days later and say that my car is supposedly ready. When I went to pick up my car I open my car door first thing I noticed a piece of Steel sticking out of my seat they never put my seat back together correctly. They were also supposed to fill my gas tank as a courtesy so I said let me turn my car on and say I did and when I did I found my gas tank still be empty like I have given it to them. I called the dude John who I was working with I need apologizes and tries to bribe me with a couple of oil changes like I don't want loyal changes I just want my seat fixed and the gas in my car that you said you guys were going to put in it. So I then end up being stuck there for about another 40 minutes why they try to fix and do what were already supposed to been done. I tried to speak with the service manager that day supposedly he was busy and he never called me back even after this final round of terrible service and as if it couldn't get any worse let me tell you it did. For when I got in my car I started driving down the road I immediately realized that whatever they had replaced on my seat was not the problem and that the problem still existed with the seat so after all my trouble during a pandemic I may add they still never fixed the problem. They got me a new seat frame for my seat I don't believe that was ever the problem I believe that one of the motor Hydraulics was bad. They have the worst service department the worst service in general that I've ever experienced in my 40 years on this planet. I highly recommend anybody in the market for a new car not ever go there in your life unless you want to be aggravated to the point of no return. More

Water pump went on my 2018 Silverado and the service department got it fixed the same day it was towed in. As usual, excellent service from DeNooyer service department. I brought my truck here after having issues with multable other mecanicas. I figured I would pay the extra money to have it done right by the dealer. I recently had a brand new transmission installed and was other mecanicas. I figured I would pay the extra money to have it done right by the dealer. I recently had a brand new transmission installed and was still having issues shifting the first 2 gears it would jump. I brought the truck in and they determined that the main wireing harness was faulty along with the transmissions internal pressure switch, wireing harness and cooler lines. They suggested all of the above be replaced aswell. I also mentioned squeeky serpintine belts. I said if this is what it will take to fix everything let's do it. I received the estimate 3/31/2020 and did not get the truck back till 5/14/2020. That was fine I know everything is slow with corona and the parts had to be shipped. The bill came to $5236.80 and ran my saveings dry. But that was ok because I need my truck to make money. On my way home after stopping at the toal to get off the threw way by my house the transmission jumped while switching the first 2 gears, just the reason I brought it in. I called John over a halve dosen times and the secretary that picked up the phone said he was at his desk but I got forwarded to voicemail several times. Today 5/15/2020 he called me back and informed me that it may take some time for the transmission to reset it's self and start shifting properly. That I should run it and it should either fix it's self or get worse and to contact him when that happens. I am a plumber not a car mecanic hence why I payed the p experts to do the job. But this dose not sound right to me at all. I paied alot of money to have my truck fixed and now I am told to run it and it should get better? Again I did everything they suggested I do with the intention of fixing the transmission issue. Now a month and a halve later and over $5000 of my time/money are gone and the truck is doing the exzact same thing as when I brought it in... I am really at a loss for words I was so excited to get my truck back so I could go back to work and feel like I spend all this time and money for nothing. I hope John is right and the transmission needs time to adjust. He did not even offer to look at the truck again to help diagnose the issue. Again I hope I am wrong and the issue fixes itself. More
