The dealership was clean, well layed out and all employees were nice to me…I Had to wait 20min for Greg to finish with another customer before he could meet and greet me after I drove 4hours and sho employees were nice to me…I Had to wait 20min for Greg to finish with another customer before he could meet and greet me after I drove 4hours and showed up the time I told him I was going to. The vehicle was not detailed inside it had cigg ashes in it and smelled like someone was smoking in truck. Told Greg this and he didn’t even double check. Truck did not have its fluids topped off Bc window washer fluid light came on during test drive and had to have them pull it back into shop to do that. Paperwork took a long time because John from finance xxxxxxxxxxx for 20min with another employee with stuff in his hand for me. Greg had to remind johnI was waiting 10dt away. I Asked Greg before I left in TEXT MESSAGE to get back to me when I purchased vehicle about details of the aftermarket modifications that previous owner put on. Wanted to know how many years ago lift kit was put on. Never heard back from Greg. It took multiple weeks for any information to come to me about the title for this truck. Had to wait 2 weeks after I put the deposit down to finally pick up the truck. THEN I get a call from the title clerk after having the truck for 5 days asking if there is a lien on the truck or not. All the paperwork I filled out with Greg stated that there was a lien yet the title clerk had no idea. I did the calling , coordinating of insurance via emails , financing and double checking for this whole deal. Took 2.5hours for me to get out of there and all I did was show up with a check in hand to buy a truck and get temporary plates. More
