Great Experience I purchased my first BMW for my wife yesterday and dealt with John Caruso. Although it was a busy Monday at BMW, John was able to find time in his hec I purchased my first BMW for my wife yesterday and dealt with John Caruso. Although it was a busy Monday at BMW, John was able to find time in his hectic schedule to explain the BMW experience; test drive a car;and make a purchase all in a matter of a few hours. I drove off the lot with my wife's new car and all paperwork was handled with no issues. John did a great job explaining all the benefits of owning a BMW and their BMW Genius was fantastic. We've owned many luxury cars but this by far is a solid car and BMW of Westlake is a fantastic facility with great inventory and a high energy staff. Give John a call if in the market for a fantastic car! More

Easy transition from one lease to another! John Caruso was a very good salesman. Great Customer Service John Caruso at BMW of Westlake was very helpful. He took me on a thorough test drive, at first driving himself to show all the amazing safety features and performance of the car, then allowing me to take over. He was able to find the perfect car for me within my price range. John has great knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for all the BMW products and it shows! Once all the papers were signed, John spent about 45 minutes showing me how to use all the bells and whistles and getting my phone set up on Bluetooth. By the time I was on my way home, I was comfortable with all the new features. BMW of Westlake followed through with all their promises and some. This was by far the best test driving and car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you John & BMW of Westlake for making me a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! I will be referring all my friends and family to your facility! More

Best Test Driving Experience John Caruso at BMW Westlake was very helpful. Before letting me test drive the car, John drove the car while I sat in the passenger seat to show me h John Caruso at BMW Westlake was very helpful. Before letting me test drive the car, John drove the car while I sat in the passenger seat to show me how the car performed. We went to an open parking lot and performed several quick and/or sudden maneuvers to show off the car's handling and performance. Based on what John showed me while he was driving the car, I was already sold on the car without driving it myself. This was the first time that I had test-driven a car where the sales rep said before you drive it let me show you what it can do. I though it was odd at first, but after experiencing how much of it a difference it made by the time he let me drive it, I really appreciated and could tell what an enthusiast he was of BMW's product. I felt that John and the rest of the BMW Westlake team were very aggressive in their pricing and finding the lowest APR that was out there. This is my first BMW, but my 6th car overall and was the best test driving and buying experience that I have had. More

"Buying a New Car is a Breeze at this Dealership!" We had superior service when we purchased our new X3. Every detail from purchase through pick-up was professional, informative and timely. John Caruso helped us with selecting a new X3 and the online build a car feature. He was key in helping us determine which features were really necessary and needed in the car for our lifestyles. John has sold several cars to us and we will keep going back to him because of his knowledge about the vehicles and the excellent service he provides to us. Mike Niedzwiecki was helpful in the purchase process and had all of our paperwork ready to go, so the signing process was quick. He suggested Xzilon Green. We are extremely happy with the results using this product. Jim Strunk as always was helpful in servicing the new X3 when the Xzilon Green was applied. He is always timely and puts the customer first when any of our cars need service. Overall, we couldn't be happier with this new car and the service that we have received for years from the Ganley BMW group and now BMW of Westlake. More
