Our family has been a customer for over 60 years. Tells you something. Somethings have changed though. No real explanation given explaining the charges, now they just take the money and rush you out. Someone used to sit down and go thru it. $1K unexpected charge should deserve an explanation. Warranty covers it? What does 5137 CMM even mean? Why change all filters if only 9K in last two years?
