Salesperson's "assistant" got in touch with me, not the actual salesperson. I was asked if I was still interested in the truck and wanted the suspension to contact me I said yes, if the truck was still ava actual salesperson. Someone else contacted me and said yes it was, and did I want to come in for a test drive as they would only take appointments and not walk-ins. I explained I was out of state but would be happy to drive up to purchase it. The next thing I know she said she would have someone contact me, but almost immediately after hanging up I received an email saying it was no longer available. I feel this dealer either didn't really have the vehicle for sale and just wanted cold calls of customers, or was pulling a bait and switch. I wouldn't recommend this dealer, and would advise people to stay away. More

I bought a vehicle back in April and I am STILL trying to get Golf Mill to return my calls! They are good at making promises but don’t keep them. Specifically, they sold me a vehicle that had a a certain ste get Golf Mill to return my calls! They are good at making promises but don’t keep them. Specifically, they sold me a vehicle that had a a certain stereo but after purchase I discovered they listed the incorrect model. They told me “too bad” even though I still had all the original postings that claimed it had the upgraded version. That’s a 2k difference!!! Not to mention the car had to go back to the shop several times and they STILL haven’t given me my second fob. I can’t even get them to call me back. They are all smiles and customer service til they have your money then don’t give a ****. UPDATE*** it is now July 22 and since my review Golf Mill has now given me my second FOB but has still totally swept my other concern under the rug so I still stand by my original review. They are just out to get your money and duck out. I would not return to this pack of liars for my next car, but if you decide to deal with them make sure you have them demonstrate EVERY single feature listed on your vehicle in full detail. If they say your car has a WiFi hotspot make them turn it on and demonstrate it to you. More
