Then when we received out registration and license plate, we met with John DePalma who showed us all the fun features of our car. Usually buying a car is very stressful, but this was totally different. This was such a great experience from the moment we stepped into the dealership. We are first time Subaru owners and we would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Everyone, from the General Manager, Steve Boyce, to salesman Mike Moursy, to John DePalma, who gave a thorough lesson in the technology of the vehicle, has been very open, forthcoming and top-notch at putting their customers at ease. I have always felt very secure in using their service department as well, as they service your vehicle without making you feel you are spending too much and buying unnecessary extras. I have never felt this way at a dealership before! This has been my constant experience, every time I brought my Legacy in for servicing. My expectation is that this honesty and professionalism will continue with my new Outback. I highly recommend Freehold Subaru! They are fair and honest in all their dealings with their customers.
