Called to set an appointment for my 2011 vehicle. Was rudely told my vehicle was too old to be serviced. After asking for a call back from the general manager he rudely told me the same thing. Ford is no rudely told my vehicle was too old to be serviced. After asking for a call back from the general manager he rudely told me the same thing. Ford is not standing behind their products. My vehicle is in very good condition and has an electrical problem only Ford can solve. Now I am left with a very expensive paperweight. Ford WILL NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE VEHICLE. This dealership is the most unprofessional place I have encountered in town. Why they would set a policy of 10 year old vehicles for work is not good for business of the community of Venice.
