We have purchased five cars from Crown Buick GMC and one from Crown Mercedes. We will NEVER go anywhere else! The Crown family is honest, transparent and they treat you like a good friend or family member from Crown Mercedes. We will NEVER go anywhere else! John Grundon was a very pleasant service advisor to work with. He was very accommodating to my time needs, and informed me of the cost of the services that I needed and asked for. Somehow a billing error with. He was very accommodating to my time needs, and informed me of the cost of the services that I needed and asked for. Somehow a billing error was made and I was overcharged for part of the service. I called John the next day, and he agreed with me right away. He is having a check sent to me ASAP. Thanks, John!! More
