He was kind and could not have been better at explaining the car and process. Israel the GSM greeted me the moment I walked in, Cassie and Brian at the front desk and then the owner and his friendly dog Buddy!!! I couldn’t believe I was at a car dealership!! I felt at home. To finish off the experience, Teddy the finance manager was not pushy but got me through the hardest part of the purchase and he made me feel like I could do anything. I would tell everyone I know to go to Arlington heights ford for the welcome feeling I had walking through this place. Everyone was saying hi, shaking my hand introducing themselves, and just smiling and looked so happy to help anyone who came in. More
