The finance agent kept referring to a limp dick. The truck I leased has a radio that keeps turning off, ND loses sync. After driving for less then 300 miles, I smelled a strong oder of oil. I found the oil was 4 quarts low. Looking at the undercarriage, I notice that it was coating with oil. Now I have a truck that smells like a junk yard. I contacted Bryan because it was nearing the time to turn in my lease Escape. Bryan set up an appointment to share information he had regarding an Escape on the property. I was anxious to hear about it and in my lease Escape. Bryan set up an appointment to share information he had regarding an Escape on the property. I was anxious to hear about it and everything on this Escape was perfect, just like I would haave built it if I needed to. I left with the plan to consider the price, etc and let Bryon know my decision. My call, initiated the steps to turn in my 2020 Escape and the steps to meet with finance dept to finalize my purchase of the 2022 Razor Red Escape. Bryan was a great help to help everything move smoothly. Love the Red car!! More

The dealership went over and above to support me. I waited 6 months for my truck, and when it came in, the team a Taylor Ford took care of me and made corrected a couple of items between a 2021 Truck I waited 6 months for my truck, and when it came in, the team a Taylor Ford took care of me and made corrected a couple of items between a 2021 Truck order and a 2022 order.
