Brought In For Recalls Now Car Battery Is Dead Brought my car in for a series of recalls, no issues otherwise. The service department tells my battery is not in great shape. The battery now is completely dead. They refused to help in any sort of way other than offer me a jump. Look at my paper work, on the battery inspection line, it reads battery is green and meets all standards of a good battery. Looks like they did something to my battery and wont admit it, and now I have to go buy a battery. More

Angelo Has No Integrity I bought a new Explorer from Angelo. I was please with the purchase, even bought the service. I asked him if he paid for referrals, he said yes. Two months later a couple went to the dealership and asked for Angelo specifically. They mentioned that I recommended him to them. They purchased two vehicles. When I confronted Angelo he denied they came to him. He also asked that I not speak to the couple about it. They are close friends of mine. SERIOUSLY!? Angelo never made good on his promise. While I am okay with the dealership as a whole, Angelo will not ever sell me another vehicle. It’s a shame really. More

Good service on a Mustang with rear axle issues It took a little bit for them to diagnose the issue. I had to come in to show them it wasn't my tires that was the source of the noise. After that, th It took a little bit for them to diagnose the issue. I had to come in to show them it wasn't my tires that was the source of the noise. After that, they took care of the problem. Even going so far as to do two different repairs on the transmission. The problem was "pitted bearings". I really appreciated John giving me accurate and prompt information via many phone calls.
