Never get service covered by warranty DO NOT BUY WARRANTY I have always been against additional warranty the dealers sold. It’s great that your financial managers talk you into buying the DO NOT BUY WARRANTY I have always been against additional warranty the dealers sold. It’s great that your financial managers talk you into buying the warranty with broken promises. Anyway, I bought the Honda’s tire and wheel warranty with the promise that the service won’t take long. I guess what they meant by long is couple days. I made a reservation for 2:15pm and walked out at 4:45 to fix a flat tire. 1 little repair that took over 2 hours. If i took it to mom and pops to repair, would be done in less than 5 mins. Already mad when picking up the car, I asked to speak to the manager. They bring me to one of the service advisor and tells me he is one of the top advisors. Did i ask to speak to an advisor or the manager???? I guess your top advisor can’t even read your own invoice because he asks me if I even made a reservation. It states right on the invoice reservation 3x cust made reservation. The reason for taking so long was because Honda is very busy and theres about 15 people ahead of me? Do you guys only have 3 mechanic working? Ohhhh you must need a specialist to fix a flat. Is it ok to make the non paying customers wait extra long since you won’t be pocketing more money? More

We walked the lot to see different colors and options. We test drive and he explained each detail very carefully. Adolfo made the difference for us in choosing DCH Paramus Honda. We never felt pressured into making any decisions. In the end it was the best choice I made thanks to Adolfo. Thank You! -no regrets. More

Fast, professional, honest My initial contact was via Internet, the response was quick and contained useful information right up front (a quoted price and the amount of the docu My initial contact was via Internet, the response was quick and contained useful information right up front (a quoted price and the amount of the documentation fees). My follow up call with the Internet Sales Manager Frank Smith provided even more information (a full detailing break down of all amounts, including registration fees and sales tax). On purchasing the car, there were no surprises--no hidden last minute fees. Our Sales Representative Alex Bernabe was similarly professional. He explained all the necessary paperwork and the steps for accomplishing the sale in clear, simple terms. He was vary personable -- friendly and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered and that we were comfortable with the process. He walked us through the entire process quickly and efficiently. In meeting with the Finance Officer, the offer to purchase the extended warranty (which we declined) was neither heavy-handed nor high pressure (which has not always been my past experience with other dealerships). Despite the large scale of the operation of the dealership, we never felt ignored or abandoned or left to wait unnecessarily long. It was one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. More
