He enjoys speaking down to me not sure if he's a misogynistic pig or if he is uncouth when it comes to interacting with women. Either way he should learn that if you attempt to disrespect a Guyanese woman then prepare to feel their wrath. I could go on and on about this person's lack of professionalism but I will end it here. Omar's who claimed to be Jesues' manager is actually a sales rep it seems. His passive nature in stating that he'd follow up with me regarding my plates and registration that has been sitting at their location since 11/21/18. I spoke with him on 11/26/18 in which he stated that he'd follow up and fedex my plates to me. I left him 2 messages since 11/26/18 and have yet to hear back from him. Don't listen the very incompetent Georgia (receptionist) who told me to drive my car with expired plates because DMV was closed the entire week for Thanksgiving and insisted that I still had ample time to get my plates since they expire on Dec 2, 2018 even though it was 11/26. Finally interacted with an amazing woman today by the name of Yaribel. R. who was honest and beyond professional. Today is 12/1/18 and I won't be receiving my plates until Dec 5 if I am lucky. I cannot thank her enough for simply treating me like a human being when all these other losers couldn't simply find the time to follow up. If you are looking for a dealership who will treat you with nothing but disrespect, incompetence, and arrogance then you may like these jerks, especially Jesus O. P.P.S. It's beyond insulting when a car sales man refers to the woman in the room's occupation as a "housewife" and further disrespects my husband and I by asking about our educational levels so that they can put the screws to us when it came to financing. The b.s. that was given by management in stating that they wanted to inquire as courtesy because of their current promotion that was being offered to recent college graduates is outrageous. The audacity of these people to insult our intelligence and then try to explain it away is absurd. I was there to purchase a car and not a job interview in which that question would be relevant. More

Never get service covered by warranty DO NOT BUY WARRANTY I have always been against additional warranty the dealers sold. It’s great that your financial managers talk you into buying the warranty with broken promises. Anyway, I bought the Honda’s tire and wheel warranty with the promise that the service won’t take long. I guess what they meant by long is couple days. I made a reservation for 2:15pm and walked out at 4:45 to fix a flat tire. 1 little repair that took over 2 hours. If i took it to mom and pops to repair, would be done in less than 5 mins. Already mad when picking up the car, I asked to speak to the manager. They bring me to one of the service advisor and tells me he is one of the top advisors. Did i ask to speak to an advisor or the manager???? I guess your top advisor can’t even read your own invoice because he asks me if I even made a reservation. It states right on the invoice reservation 3x cust made reservation. The reason for taking so long was because Honda is very busy and theres about 15 people ahead of me? Do you guys only have 3 mechanic working? Ohhhh you must need a specialist to fix a flat. Is it ok to make the non paying customers wait extra long since you won’t be pocketing more money? More
