Falmouth Toyota happened to have a vehicle that matched what I was looking for so I went down to the dealership to take a look. They answered all of my questions. I found all of the people who I dealt with to be knowledgeable and professional. They gave me a fair price based on my research of the local area. The sales people who I dealt with were not overbearing. They did not try to push a laundry list of useless dealer options on me like rust proofing, upholstery treatments, paint protection, etc. which had been very common in my previous auto purchasing experiences. The vehicle was delivered on time as expected. If I ever have the need to purchase another Toyota, this is the first place I would go. More

We are a true TOYOTA family and have bought 11 cars from Westborough, MA Toyota in the past, but we recently moved to Falmouth, MA and now we will be part of the Falmouth Toyota loyal customers. Our sales person was recommended to us and we were vey pleased. He was kind, caring, professional and listened to our needs. We never felt pressured and went back to the dealer several times to drive different cars. He made us feel comfortable with our big purchase and provided details and honesty about the different cars.
