Scheduled an oil change with a courtesy inspection knowing my alignment was off. Waited at the dealer for 3 hours to get done. When they finally finished, they said my alignment was off but it was too knowing my alignment was off. Waited at the dealer for 3 hours to get done. When they finally finished, they said my alignment was off but it was too late to fix because the tech was done for the day. They claimed it took so long because the tech is very slow but very good. That would have been fine if they told me beforehand that was the case. I wouldn't have waited there for the work I would have dropped it off. When I got a text asking me how my service was, I gave a bad review. They responded with I'll get a call from a manager. When that manager called, he was unsure what the issue was. His records only showed I was there for slightly over 2 hours. For me that's still a long time for an oil change and inspection with an appointment. They didn't take into consideration for the time where I wasn't being helped, which was 3 hours. Vic the service manager made it seem like I shouldn't have been unhappy. He did nothing to make the situation better and even suggested I come back. I've had my truck at a few Toyota dealers in the suburbs for oil changes and never waited for more than 90 minutes even when it was busy. If they did make me wait that long they always offered a free oil change coupon for the hassle. Avoid this dealership. If you can't don't expect your service to be timely and if you have an issue Vic and the service department will give you no relief and play dumb to why you're not giving them a good review. More

Always professional, always conduct the required service well and in a timely matter. Good diagnosticians, when the problem is not obvious. I have 4 Toyotas and they have all been serviced at Oakbrook Toyot well and in a timely matter. Good diagnosticians, when the problem is not obvious. I have 4 Toyotas and they have all been serviced at Oakbrook Toyota for as long as I have owned them. Highly recommended. More

When I bought my car they offered me the remote starter and I accepted. I brought my car back to replace battery as I was having issues, have to jump start, brought it back to check they couldn’t find the and I accepted. I even left the car for the whole day two times, the only solution they gave to me was to remove the remote starter. They were the ones who installed it at purchase yet didn’t want to fix it. They chose not to replace it, fix the problem, or give a fair solution. They just replace a new battery, maybe they think as a hispanic and women I just can’t let it go! I’m so sorry and regret I bought my car there and so disappointed at service! I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. They have no respect towards me and will not resolve any issue I endured because of their terrible service and unwillingness to solve a problem!!!! More
