Took car for coolant leak. Fixed under warranty. Two items for improvement 1) they could have got me into a loaner a bit sooner as car was obviously not safe to drive 2) when Fixed under warranty. Cleared it myself but expect that to be taken care of. I did not receive a call that vehicle was ready. Had to follow up on my own. Other than that happy with customer service and appreciate the car wash and clean interior when I picked up. Will most likely purchase next vehicle from Lakeland VW. More

Service was done in our car and after many days and no one call us to let us know. Finally when we call the dealer the receptionist didn't know where was our car. After we paid our Large Bill and we proce one call us to let us know. Finally when we call the dealer the receptionist didn't know where was our car.
