Vehicle was taken to the dealer for state inspection, rotate tires and lube, oil etc service. I had an appointment and I arrived a few minutes prior to scheduled. This service took almost two hours. Finally I saw my vehicle parked in the parking lot and went to the service manager and told him that my car was ready. This is my third such "lousy" service visit to this dealer. I think it may be my last. More

Since acquiring my Regal in 2010, Patrick has serviced my car on several occasions. Each time it has been an enjoyable experience. Most recently David Sanza has been my contact and advisor and he has gone o car on several occasions. Each time it has been an enjoyable experience. While media adverisement is undoubtedly necessary, to me, it is the treatment of the customer that really closes the deal. Thanks to Dave Sanza, the Patrick Service Department covered the full cost of replacing a rather expensive exhaust system on our '08 G6 that was no longer under warranty. Great dealership. I leased a Jeep from them a while back (when they still leased Jeeps) and have been going to them for service ever since. I have a new Jeep and they are all certified to work on Jeeps sti (when they still leased Jeeps) and have been going to them for service ever since. I have a new Jeep and they are all certified to work on Jeeps still, so I prefer to go to them with service than to other Jeep dealers in the area. They are helpful polite and professional. The waiting area is very nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
