He takes the time to explain the work that needs to be done, answers all my questions honestly, and never tries to upsell me on things I don’t need. I really appreciate how transparent and trustworthy he is — it makes the whole experience stress-free. Bob keeps me updated throughout the process, so I’m never left wondering when my car will be ready. He goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied every time.
