My experience was better than other dealerships Dealership knew I was coming to see two of the trucks. They could have had the trucks there in the dealer for me ready to see and compare. But instead Dealership knew I was coming to see two of the trucks. They could have had the trucks there in the dealer for me ready to see and compare. But instead we were driving around looking for the trucks 1 by 1. I think a sales man should be able and be willing to dissect with specifics the price sheet on vehicle with all the options even if you dont ask and go through MSRP to invoice and costco member discounts. More

Best Service Ever! Johnny patiently supported me through the entire selection and purchasing process. He thoroughly helped me explore all options available to me, and Johnny patiently supported me through the entire selection and purchasing process. He thoroughly helped me explore all options available to me, and answered all my questions in an honest and objective manner. To this end, he did not attempt to persuade me to accept a deal that I was uncomfortable with just so he could secure a sale. Instead, he skillfully guided me toward an option that I was not only comfortable with, but excited to buy. Others in the industry would be wise to adopt his approach, which is one firmly based in uncommon integrity, knowledge, and ability. On top of this, Sam Fakhouri (Finance Manager) patiently worked with Johnny and I to find a very reasonable price that also offered a ton of benefits, such as GAP insurance. Believe me, I shopped around a lot, and no one was offering anything close to the deal and benefits they gave me for such a new and high-quality vehicle. Thanks again! If Johnny and Sam are still at Mark Christopher when I need new car in the future, I will return without a moment's hesitation. More
