Unfortunately, my sales experience only served to feed the stereotype that car salespeople like this are only interested in making the sale...and then they're done with you. More

The process was pain free. We drove 2 hours for a car we saw online. The price was perfect, but of course they tacked on over $2000 worth of things we did not ask for. Therefore, the price was more than the online ad was for. We said we didn’t want the extras but they said too bad. We got the car and we do love it and are happy with the purchase. Just say the price instead of adding it after we arrive. More

Just picked up my car from eCarOne and was very pleased with the experience. Here’s why: - [ ] Solo test drives - [ ] Extended test drive - [ ] Generous trade value - [ ] Quick and easy out processing - [ ] No pressure sales staff I arrived at the lot knowing which car I was interested in from their ad on the CARFAX website. Via the website, I sent an email checking on availability. Jonny Tran quickly responded that the car was available. I arrived Monday morning unannounced and met Jonny. After verifying my license and insurance, Jonny handed me the keys and said “have fun”. After the test drive, I expressed interest and asked if I could take it to my mechanic and wife for approval, preferably overnight. While they wouldn’t let me take it overnight, they did give me until close of business that day. (Sewell let me take my wife’s car home over a weekend.) After a thumbs up from both of my approval authorities (see above) I bought the car. While I was out, then appraised my old car for traded, and offered me $2000 over what other dealerships had offered. As most dealerships do, they added tinting and exterior protection packages for approximately $1,500 BUT it was included in the asking price (which was about $8-10K below comparable vehicles). During out processing, they threw in a Door ding protection policy ($900 cost) at no additional charge. Tuesday morning I arrived and the car was detailed and ready to go. I was in and out within the hour and drove off in my 2022 BMW M5 Competition. More

This review used to be negative but I found that eCarOne actually did care about issues I experience during the shipping process and there were some minor issues with the car. Tempers flared and we ended up actually did care about issues I experience during the shipping process and there were some minor issues with the car. Tempers flared and we ended up in a disagreement. A few days later, Scott, called and had a calm discussion with me. We agreed on what to disagree and agree on (if you can follow) but eCarOne fixed the issues. I was bummed out initially because when I bought a Mercedes from them in 2017 it was a spectacular experience. Almost as smooth as Carvana BUT with better pricing and better cars. I wanted them to delight us again and alas the trouble with the car and process happened. Nothing intentional on either side but just annoyance and anger. After Scott’s call I felt “heard” and treated as a valuable customer again. Bad start, good ending. More

I left very happy and satisfied with this dealership. I have bought many vehicles from other dealerships but this one by far is the best experience ive had when purchasing a vehicle.I will definitely kee I have bought many vehicles from other dealerships but this one by far is the best experience ive had when purchasing a vehicle.I will definitely keep purchasing vehicles from this dealership in the near future. It will always be my first choice when purchasing vehicles. They are very fair on the prices. All the staff at this dealership are very professional and respectful. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I bought this vehicle from out of town and only seen pictures of it online. The way the salesman described the vices thats exactly how it was in person. The are very honest with what they tell you. I definitely recommend this dealership to everyone on your next vehicle purchase. More
