Walking in Jon was very Friendly, accommodating, attentive and respectful. He kept moving the process seeing we had a younger child there and also made her part of the experience. Not only did they give us the best deal the 1st time, but they also gave us a fair deal on our trade and treated us like family. Jon DeNick, our sales consultant was great as he helped my wife make her decision much easier.
