First time at Bennett Chevrolet. Saw a truck on their used vehicle lot which caught my attention. Started to check out the truck when Jon DeNIck came out of the sales office and gave Saw a truck on their used vehicle lot which caught my attention. Started to check out the truck when Jon DeNIck came out of the sales office and gave us some time and room to check out the truck. I introduced myself to Jon as he did to me. When asked about the keys to the truck, he returned to the sales office and retrieved the keys. Jon explained many features of the truck which happened to be a 2021 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4x4 with a 157 inch WB (6.7" bed), heated seats, 5.3L engine, Crew Cab, which is exactly what I've been looking for the past 2 months. Jon offered me the keys to the truck and said to take it for a test drive after making a copy of my driver's license. The truck was exceptionally cared for and clean with 27,000 miles on it and with the long wheelbase rode like a luxury car. While on the test drive, I tested the 4 wheel drive and as expected there were no problems. When we returned to the dealership, we briefly discussed the ride and truck. I knew it was the closing hours of the dealership, so I told Jon we would return on Monday to have further discussion. Jon mentioned he'd put a "HOLD" sign on truck until our return. When we did return on Monday we had further discussion about the features and discussed costs. Jon, my wife and I agreed upon a price for the truck, which was huge savings for us. After completing the necessary paperwork, I drove off their lot in the truck I wanted and a happy 1st time customer. Jon DeNick was a relaxed easy going salesperson and was not pushy, forceful or quick to make a sale. Jon made the total experience enjoyable and from the beginning very memorable. I have no connection to the dealership but can honestly say to anyone looking to buy a new, used and/or CPO vehicle to stop in and see Jon. Who knows you too may have the same or better opinion of Jon and drive away as I did with the car/truck of your choice.. More
